Ed Burchfield

 Ed Burchfield has been broadcasting since he was in high school, starting out at WKIN in Kingsport, Tennessee. Actually, the only thing he ever wanted to do since he realized it at age 12...use to take the record player, and newspaper for news and commercials and do his own radio shows....a speech and drama major at East Tennessee State University....first television job was in Biloxi Mississippi while in the Air Force.....followed that with stops in Augusta, Georgia....Savannah, Georgia and on WTVX here in south Florida. "Breakfast with Burchfield" originated in Savannah at WSAV radio and television and has been going ever since. Charlie and Ed teamed up nine years ago and continue in the Breakfast With Burchfield tradition on Port St. Lucie's "news talk"  radio WPSL AM 1590, the "Talk of the Treasure Coast"
